Final phases of Preparation for Fabricio “Morango” and Rogerio Minotouro for U.F.C.
Rogerio “Minotouro” and Fabricio “Morango” leading into their final weeks of preparation joined with Professor Alvaro Romano for a Ginastica Natural conditioning program. Romano introduced his special swimming pool training and the trio was joined by Junior “Cigano” as well. Besides that “Morango” was doing regular sessions with Royler Gracie and they even trained at Wanderlei Silva’s Academy yesterday!

Emirates Jiu-Jitsu Team receives Flavio Canto and Leo Leite
Leo Leite and Flavio Canto are in the U.A.E. to participate in the Judo Grand Prix taking place in Abu Dhabi on December 21 & 22. The duo along with other teammates including Edmilson Conceicao and Garcez took the opportunity to train with Emirates JJ Team at the ADCC facilities.
Now go train Jiu-Jitsu
