Miami, FL – This Saturday, ADCC Absolute Champion and PRIDE veteran Dean Lister holds a seminar in Miami at the Gracie Barra Miami academy. Dean is a competitor in the Pride Grand Prix Middleweight tournament series that begins later this month as well as the main event in the ADCC 2005 – 6th Submission Wrestling World Championships. His opponent for both is Ricardo Arona. In submission wrestling Dean’s credentials are quite extensive including winning the ADCC 2003 Absolute Division, a performance that earned him his superfight shot against Arona in May. In MMA Dean just beat Akira Shoji by triangle choke in 3:13 of round 1. That took place in Pride: Bushido 6 on April 3rd. The seminar takes place this Saturday starting at noon.
