Two special events and extended hours at the Dan Gable International WrestlingInstitute and Museum highlight the NWCA National Duals wrestling weekend.
The Nationals Duals – an event held at the UNI Dome on the campus of NorthernIowa – will take place on Jan. 9-10. This is the fifth year for the event inCedar Falls.
The Gable Museum will host the Northern Iowa Wrestling Booster Club meeting at7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 6. This event is free and open to the public.
On Friday, January 8, Dan Gable will be available at the museum from 2 to 4p.m. The museum will offer extended hours of operation during the entireNational Duals weekend.
Schedule of Events
Wednesday, January 6: Northern Iowa Wrestling Booster Club meeting, 7 p.m. Thisspecial meeting will be held at the Dan Gable International Wrestling Instituteand Museum. This event is free and open to the public.
Friday, January 8: Museum open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Dan Gable autograph signing, 2 p.m. Museum namesake Dan Gable will be at themuseum from 2 to 4 p.m. for pictures and autographs.
Saturday January 9: Museum open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, January 10: Museum open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m; Eastern Iowa OfficialsAssociation meeting, 6 p.m.
