How to improve your game
It seeems that the hardest thing to progress in BJJ is not to learn new techniques but rather to know what to do and where to go with the information you already have so I’ve decided that from time to time I am going to share some tips that I’ve found useful over the years.
I hope it helps you in your game
Tip: Always warm up with BJJ related moves before you train. This gets your mind and body focused on the training. I personally like to do a short Ginastica warm up followed by some rolls that simulate hook sweeps (sit-up guard) and then arm-locks from the guard. That usually gets my mind in sych. Try it and let me know what you think and email me with your own ideas at [email protected]
