With the Worlds 2012 just two days away most Academies are stopping their competition training. Alliance team has been having some great workouts at Rubens “Cobrinha” Charles’ Academy, with as current World Absolute champion Gabi Garcia puts it: “Over 80 people on the mat!”

At Atos San Diego similar situation are occurring as leader Andre Galvao addressed his troops for some final thoughts and as Mendes Bros put it: “Yesterday was our last day of hard training before Worlds 2012. A lot of great guys on the mat!! We are feeling more than ready to represent our team and give our best to keep our World title! Now is time to rest our body, just drilling to keep our weight low and keep our mind on the tournament.”

And at Gracie Humaita in San Diego Royler Gracie declared the team ready with their last session scheduled for tonight at Victory MMA: “The final training sessions are very important to fine tune the last details, at this point it is no time to do major changes”
