The commission of World Victory Road (WVR) finally made a decision in regards to Kazuo Misaki.

He will be fighting Kazuhiro Nakamura on August 2nd at Saitama Super Arena, as scheduled, however all of his purse will be confiscated and from the day after, on August 3rd, Misaki will be suspended indefinitely.

WVR Director Takahiro Kokuho, at his J-Rock office in Tokyo, held a press conference on July 2nd and explain to the reporters, "some commission members suggested to suspend him immediately."

Kokuho continued, "However our intention for the fans who were expecting to see him on August 2nd, and everyone involved in the show, is to not cause any problems. This fight was decided on before he caused this incident so to draw a clear line, we have decided to ask him to fight."

The man who also heads J-Rock that manages Hidehiko Yoshida, Kazuhiro Nakamura, Michihiro Omigawa, and Makoto Takimoto was obviously supportive of Misaki from the beginning but, "The commission made its decision so we must follow that. At first I thought it was a harsh punishment but his ludicrous excess has caused problems to many so he has no choice."

Also he added at the end, "Right now it’s not possible but I am hoping to see him put up a good performance so the fans and everyone involved in the show would wish his comeback."
