In classes with limited number of participants,  through theoretical lessons, you will learn the true origins of this art with specialists in the subject, will see classic fights commented by the Master and will have your own trainings filmed and commented. In practical lessons, you will learn the fundamentals of the personal defense, the basis of the completely Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu understanding. In a progressive and real way, you will evolve, train with the Brazilian black belts and learn the vast field of techniques and positions.
