Head instructor Alan "Gumby" Marques is co-founder of OntheMat.com / OTM and a black belt under Ralph Gracie. Teaching judo is Chuck Jefferson, former team captain of the SJSU Judo team and 2008 Olympic alternate. Wrestling coach is Scott Belzer who has worked with National teams in Iowa and Indiana.
