The 2009 ADCC tournament is still quite a few months away but the World’s trials are happening at furious pace. With European trials on the way on Januray 3rd, 2009 and Brazilian trials already scheduled it is time for the American Trials! This time, for the first time ever, the American trails are going to be OPEN to anyone wishing to participate (American Citizens only) . Also for the first time ever in the US, there will be 2 trials, one in the West Coast and one in the East Coast, with the winners of each trial getting a guaranteed spot in the main event.
The American Trials West is set for January 10 & 11, 2009 at the Pyramid in Long Beach , Ca.
The American Trials East is scheduled for January 17 & 18, 2009 in the New York area (exact location to be announced soon).
Details on how to sign up, registration costs, etc wil be announced soon. Look for www.adcombat.com for official releases of information in the next few weeks, but interested trialists can already get their training schedules going!
