TKO have gone to great lengths to grow the lighter divisions as evidenced with the most recent TKO show in Montreal and both the Featherweight and Bantamweight titles were on the line. In the main event Hatsu Hioki defended his Featherweight title despite admittedly being briefly KO’d by the Canadian. After flooring Hioki Quenneville followed the Japanese fighter to the mat but near the end of round 1 got caught in a triangle choke for the win.
In the co-main event Noah Thomas defeated Adrian Wooley for the Bantamweight title, a title Wooley was trying to defend and not a vacant belt as accidentally reported prior to the show. Thomas has now won six straight while Wooley now has one loss in his career.
