Jeff “the Snowman” Monson has pulled out of the upcoming Gracie Fighting Championships (GFC) on May 19th 2007, due to a shoulder injury. His first scheduled opponent, Wes Sims, will also be off the card due to a medical suspension. Sims recently participated in the Art of War II event in Texas and lost a unanimous decision victory to Chris Guillen. Another late change to the card will have Fredson Piaxao taking on Thomas Denny for the GFC Welterweight Title. Denny’s original opponent, Steve Heath, was injured as well. Here is the latest card:
