For the First time EVER there will be an official Submission Grappling WORLD Championships. On September 7th-9th the World Championships of Submission Grappling will be held in Antalya, Turkey alongside Freestyle Wrestling, Greco Roman, Sombo and Beach Wrestling. All Events are sanctioned under FILA, the official International governing body for Grappling Operating under the IOC (International Olympic Committee). The Best of the West is an OFFICIAL Qualifier for the World Team Trials held in Las Vegas on June 14th alongside the Freestyle Wrestling, Greco Roman, Sombo and Beach Wrestling World Team Trials.
