Gracie Barra America Grand Opening Gracie Barra America located in Lake Forest will be celebrating its grand opening on February 11 2006 from 12:30 to 1:30 pm. From 11 to 12 am there will be an open mat training and everyone is welcome to come by take this free class and see what it is like to train with a 3 time World Champion and ADCC winner. From 12:30 , on we will have a pot luck celebration , everyone is welcome to stop by , enjoy some good food , and make some great friends.Also Carlos Gracie Jr , the patriarch of Gracie Barra and the head of the CBJJ , will be making one of his early visits to Gracie Barra America. There are 3 classes a day, the first in the morning last around 2 hours, the second is in the afternoon just for drills and review (last around one hour) and the last one is at night another group class also last around 2 hours.
