www.advancedbkj.com/tournament2006.htm‘The Valentines Day Bash’Scheduled: February 11thTime: 10:30 AMLocation: Charleston, WVAdvanced BKJ has FINALLY scheduled their next tournament. Last years event was covered by ‘Grappling’ magazine as well as many other on-line news sites and magazines. We expect this year to be no different! These tournaments have provided a great location for all of the local talent as well as talent from the surrounding states to compete in a great environment and have a lot of fun. The competition is always top notch and competitors get a great chance to compete as much as possible, because of the double elimination format and the multiple divisions. We, once again, will be featuring No-Gi (submission wrestling) and Gi (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) divisions. The pace is fast and the action is incredible. It is our goal to not only get the competitors as much experience and mat time as possible, but to also greatly limit wait times. We have always featured some of the fastest and smoothest running tournaments around and we will definitely continue to do so.We look forward to have you and your team there. I am sure you will have a great time!More information will be coming soon and I encourage anyone with questions to email me at: [email protected]To view some video footage of brown belts, Mike O’Donnell and Bryan Atterson, in their championship match at a recent ABKJ tournament right click this link and save it to your computer:http://www.advancedbkj.com/ABKJtourneyattersonvsodonell2.wmv Location:Skateland of Campbell’s Creek:421 Campbell’s Creek DrCharleston, WV 25306-6807, USWeigh-ins: start 1hr before the event and the night before (upon request – will be available all day Friday)Skateland of Campbell’s Creek is a great facility with plenty of parking and a lot of mat room.
