Two months after seeing the best grapplers in the world facing each other in ADCC 2005 the fans will have the oportunity to see two amazing Jiu-Jitsu tournaments. On 21,22,23,24 of July, Luiz Herminio (president of CBJJO) will promote 4th Copa do Mundo in S?o Paulo paying 45 thousand dollars in money prizes for the black belt champions. One week latter the best Jiu-Jitsu black belts in the world will have the oportunity to face each other again in Rio de Janeiro, in the 10 th edition of the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship, promoted since 1996 by Carlos Gracie Jr. (president of CBJJ). If last year the dispute of absolute category ended up in a unforgetable battle between Ronaldo Jacar? (Brasa) and Roger Gracie (Gracie Barra), this year two more names may be added fighting for the favouritism of the most important category of black belt: Fernando Margarida (BTT) and Marcio P? de Pano (Gracie Barra). Absolute champions of 2002 and 2003, they stayed out of the Worlds in 2004, but this year they should return stronger than ever to fight for the title of current king of Jiu-Jitsu. On april 9, the fans who had the oportunity to see the tournament promoted by Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Fernando Yamasaki, celebrating 10 years aniversary of his academy could see a little bit about what we can expect for the finals of absolute this year. Even being almost 30kg lighters than P? de Pano (World aboslute champion of 2003), Fernando Margarida (World absolute champion of 2002) proved to be back in the best shape of his life in the absolute final of Yamasaki?s tournament, where he submited P? de Pano.
