A third televised fight has been added to the Feb. 5 card in St. Louis headlined by the welterweight title fight between undisputed champ Cory Spinks and Zab Judah. Heavyweight Monte Barrett (30-3, 16 KOs), who is included on many top ten lists, will face Owen Beck (24-0, 18 KOs). Although Beck is undefeated, he has never faced top opposition, until now. The winner is expected to move up in line towards a shot at one of the heavyweight titles, or a spot in a heavyweight unification tournament, should one ever be organized. The other fight on this card is a rematch between IBF cruiserweight champ Kelvin Davis (21-2-1, 16 KOs) and O’Neil Bell (23-1-1, 22 KOs). In their first fight, an IBF title eliminator on May 23, 2003, Bell won by a controversial TKO stoppage in the 11th round. Davis accused Bell of hitting him when he was already down. The IBF ordered a rematch, but Bell refused it. Davis then later won the then-vacant IBF title by defeating Ezra Sellers on May 1, 2004, by an eighth-round TKO. Now, finally, their rematch is set to take place.
