• All categories are open to all nationalities.

REGISTRATION

• Early registration: 21 March – 4 April 2026
• Normal registration: 4 April – 10 May 2026
• Late registration: 10 May – 7 June 2026

REGISTRATION FEE

• Registration fee for Men, Women, Masters Men, Masters Women (Pro, Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner)
  Early: THB 1,500
  Normal: THB 2,200
  Late: THB 3,100
  Absolute: THB 800
• Registration fee for Boys & Girls
  Early: THB 800
  Normal: THB 1,200
  Late: THB 1,700
• Deadlines for amendments of Registration: 7 June 2026 (23.59pm)
• Any amendments after deadline comes with a fee of THB 500.
• **Payment MUST be made before each deadline. Any payments made after each deadline will be charged as per the next fee rates.
• **No Further registrations allowed once bracket is published
• After Deadline Registration (7th June 26 – 23:59pm):

CATEGORIES

• PROFESSIONAL: More than 5 years of experience
• ADVANCED: More than 5 years of experience
• INTERMEDIATE: Between 2 to 4 years of experience
• BEGINNER: Less than 2 years of experience, no pro fights, and no international medals in Grappling, MMA, BJJ, Judo, Sambo, Wrestling (etc.)
• **7-10yrs Boys and Girls can compete together.
• **Kids may compete in 1 age category above their age category with the same weight.
• If a child is between 7-8yrs, parents/guardian may add 9-10yrs category with the same weight.
• **Note: Age 18yrs & above is an adult. If you want to compete in Adults & are below 18yrs old, please obtain a parent(s)/guardian(s) consent letter prior to closing registration date and email it to us at [email protected]
• If you’re a Beginner, you can compete at both Beginner and Intermediate levels.
• If you’re Intermediate, you can add the Advanced/Pro level too.
• **You are NOT allowed to compete in a level below your experience – for instance, an Intermediate CAN NOT add Beginner.
• If we discover that you have signed up for the wrong category, we can DQ you on the event day with no refund, we can also ban you from all ADCC events for up to 2 years.

PAYMENT

• Payment has to be paid before the last registration date to our bank account and please include transfer fees if it transferred from an international bank account.

SCHEDULE

Weigh-ins:

• 1) Friday 12 June
  Weigh-In and Check-in:
  Ballroom Foyer (Level 7), Radisson RED Phuket Patong Beach
  Time: 12 Noon – 3pm
• Athletes who are overweight will be automatically disqualified and cannot compete.
• All athletes must be present for weigh-in.
• ALL ATHLETES MUST BE ON TIME FOR WEIGH-IN AND REGISTRATION.
• 2) Saturday 13 June 2026
  Arena doors open at: 9am
  Rules Briefing: 9:45am
  Event starts at: 10am

ATTENTION

• No refund of competition fees in any case of wrong registrations, not showing up for fight or being disqualified for being overweight or not being at the registration and/or weigh-in or any other reasons.
• Athletes who are alone in a category and do not move to other categories on their own will be automatically moved to a higher category.
