OFFICIAL RULES

• Beginners (Men / Women): Less than 2 years of experience.
• Intermediate (Men / Women): 2 to 4 years of experience.
• Advanced (Men / Women): More than 4 years of experience.
• Professionals (Men / Women, and Masters 35+): more than 5 years of experience.
• Weight is checked at the official weigh-in. Overweight athletes will be automatically disqualified and will not be able to compete.
• Hygiene and athlete safety: athletes must compete in clean clothing without holes, pockets or cuts.
• Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced matches follow the ADCC Rules for Beginners & Intermediate (adcombat.com/adcc-rules-regulations/adcc-rules-for-beginners-intermediate). Professionals matches follow the full ADCC rules.
