EVENT INFORMATION

COMPETITION PAYMENT

• Competition fee is $65 (USD) until Monday, October 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
• $20 (USD) to add additional divisions (two divisions maximum per entry).

SCHEDULE

• Friday, October 30, 2026 – 5pm–9pm weigh-ins at the venue.
• Friday, October 30, 2026 – 6pm–7:30pm Rules Workshop.
• Friday, October 30, 2026 – 7pm–9pm Charity Seminar.
• Friday, October 30, 2026 – 7pm–9pm Referee Course.
• Saturday, October 31, 2026 – 9am fights start.
• Saturday, October 31, 2026 – Event concludes after completion of all divisions.

DEADLINES

• Tuesday, October 27, 2026 – 11:59pm: Last day for corrections, edits, and credit requests (no refunds).
• Wednesday, October 28, 2026 – 12pm: Last day for athletes to change divisions (only for athletes who are alone in their division).
• Wednesday, October 28, 2026 – 6pm: Last day to register Coaches.

• A referee seminar will be held on the evening prior to the competition (6:00 pm Friday).

PUBLIC

• The doors open at 8am at Saturday, October 31, 2026, Spectator tickets: Free with 1kg of food donation.

• Every weight classes’ three best fighters receive medals.
• Points: 1st place 9 points; 2nd place 3 points; 3rd place 1 point.
