• Every weight classes’ three best fighters get medals.

REGISTRATION

• Registration Fees
  USD 50 between Sep 24^th, 2025 – Oct 29^th ,2025
  USD 70 between Oct 29^th, 2025 – Nov 28^th ,2025
  USD 90 between Nov 28^th, 2025 – Dec 17^th ,2025
• Absolute Registration Fees
  USD 30 between Sep 24th, 2025 – Oct 29, 2025
  USD 50 between Oct 29, 2025 – Nov 28, 2025
  USD 70 between Nov 28, 2025 – Dec 17, 2025.
• Registration closes on December 17^th, 2025,11:59 PM JPT.
  Smoothcomp allows you to register without incurring any fees. Only paid registrations will be counted and published after December 22^nd, 2025.
• Registration Fees after the deadline
  $250 After December 18th, 2025.
• Registration amendment deadline December 17th, 11:59 PM JPT.
  $150 amendment fees after December 18th, 2025.
• Any change Fees after brackets are published
  $300

WEIGH IN

• Competitors only.
  There will be a weigh-in held on the evening of December 27^th, 2025, and on the actual event  

REFEREE

• The referee seminar will be held on December 27^th, 2025.

PUBLIC

• The doors open from 10 AM JPT on December 28^th, 2025.
• Spectator entry is free.
• Athletes must be present for weigh-in.
• Athletes who are overweight could be bumped up to the upper weight class upon amendment fee payment and subject to organizers approval.
• No refund of competition fees in any case of wrong registrations, not showing up for a fight or being disqualified for being overweight, not being at the registration and/or at the weigh-in, or any other reasons.
