IMPORTANT
- Winners of all five Men’s divisions will qualify to compete at the ADCC World Championships.
- Registration is only valid after payment confirmation.
- Athlete limit: registrations may close before the final date if capacity is reached. Unpaid registrations by the deadline will not count.
- PIX payment: athletes must send proof via the link below within 1 business day. Failure to do so may result in registration not being confirmed.
- Athletes are solely responsible for checking that their registration is approved and confirmed on the official platform.
- Category rules: athletes cannot register below their belt rank, age, or weight. ADCC uses athlete data as of the event date.
- Refund policy: registrations are non-refundable. Competitors unable to participate may request credit for future events up to 5 days before the event.
- Official brackets will be released after weigh-ins. Please arrive 2 hours before your scheduled time due to potential schedule changes.
- ADCC offers a free referee course on Friday to answer questions—attendance is highly recommended for all athletes.
- Trials accepts participants from 14 years old, in accordance with international standards, under the organization’s supervision. We emphasize that the participation of minors must always follow the required authorization and supervision. Please contact support for guidance.

CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT
The South American Trials ONLY authorizes competitors who hold a passport from the following nationalities. Competitors must provide one of the following documents as proof of nationality:
- Passport
- CPF or RG (Brazilian national ID)
- Birth certificate
Eligible Nationalities: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Falkland Islands, Guyana, French Guiana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela.

CAPACITY
- Each division has a maximum capacity of 256 competitors.
- Multiple divisions have reached capacity before the registration deadline, so make sure to sign up as soon as possible to ensure your spot!
WEIGH-IN
- Date: Friday before the event at the official gymnasium.
- Absence: must notify via ADCC website. Unnotified absence = automatic disqualification.
- ALL competitors must weigh in, even if your division does not have a weight limit.
- There is a 0.25kg allowance. If you miss weight beyond this, you will be disqualified and removed from the competition, no refunds or credits, no exceptions.

CORRECTIONS and CANCELLATIONS

- For age group changes, you can email [email protected] with your full name and the correction.
FORMAT
- Style: No-Gi / Without Gi (ADCC rules);
- Elimination: single elimination (no double bronze);
- Match prioritization: athletes alone in a category may be adjusted so everyone has a match according to the rules.

PROHIBITED AT ADCC
- Avoiding matches between teammates or friends in the same bracket.
- Sandbagging (registering below belt/weight/age). Masters may compete in adult category.
- Disrespecting athletes, referees, or coaches.
- Violation of any of these rules may result in permanent ban from all ADCC events.
