When you talk about submission grappling the name ADCC [or the popular Abu Dhabi tournament] comes on mind. Brazil is the top country on this sport, but it is one of those which did not have a official ADCC Commission, the first step was given with the rules seminar that happened in June 14-15. The seminar was conducted by two of the most important personas of the ADCC, the Finnish, Marko Leisten, who is president of ADCC Europe and the kingpin of the referees, Peter Ivanov (Bulgaria).
