Trizano rematches Gonzalez in one of five title fights at ROC 60

Five titles are again on the line at Ring of Combat 60 where Michael Trizano rematching James Gonzalez takes the main event.  ROC 60 takes place September 15th at the Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City, NJ with a webcast at

Michael Trizano enters this bout undefeated at 4-0 while his opponent for the vacant regional featherweight title James Gonzalez is 4-1.  Gonzalez’ only loss was to Trizano in their first meeting in March 2016, a fight Trizano won by unanimous decision.  Since their first bout Trizano defeated Raul Gonzales, Timothy Kunkel, and Eddie Lenoci while Gonzalez picked up wins over William Calhoun III, Anthony Facchini, Tevin Cooke, and Michael Lawrence.

The co-main event is for the vacant national middleweight title, the belt Ruslan Melikov held last year.  In ROC 5-2 Roncoroni is 2-1 with wins over Michael Elshamy twice and most recently a loss to Melikov for the belt last September.  His opponent Ahmed Samir is listed at 1-0 in MMA with a win over Mohamed Ragab Safwan in February 2014.
