PANCRASE 269 – 08/09/2015: All Fighters Made The Weight – Isao Trained With Takumi To Get Ready For Chope

A featherweight fight between ISAO (left) and Will Chope (right) is the headliner of tomorrow's Pancrase 269The weigh-in of Pancrase 269 was held on Saturday at Cross Point Kichijyouji gym in Tokyo.

Both Kenichirou Togashi and Go Matsuo needed a second try to pass but at the end of the day, all fighters made the weight.

After the weigh-in, ISAO, who is going to face Will Chope in the headliner of the show, shared his thoughts on tomorrow's opponent.

"(in regards to height difference) There isn't much 6 feet 4 featherweight out there so I don't really think too much about that. If I can go inside and land my strikes I will if I have to take him down and pound I will. In any case, I just want to be one step ahead of him."

ISAO also shared on why he trained with Takumi to prepare for this fight, "About two weeks ago, I was able to train at team ALIVE for a day, and also three days with Takumi at Paraestra Osaka. He fought Chope before and he gave me many hints so it was a really good training session."
