PANCRASE – 11/10/2012: Three Cards Added

A 17-year old Shino VanHoose is looking to get a fourth pro win against a heavy striker Sadae "Manhoef".

Pancrase added three more fight cards for the upcoming "Progressive Tour" show at Differ Ariake.

One of those three fights is women's bout, and a 17-year old Shino VanHoose will take on Sadae "Manhoef" in a super-strawweight bout.

VanHoose has been fighting in Pancrase and Jewels shows with a nickname "Beautiful Girl Warrior". She won a pro debut in Jewels then one another fight in Pancrase. However, back in Jewels, in May of this year, she lost to Kikuyo Ishikawa via unanimous decision, then on July 1st, VanHoose was submitted by Mina Kurobe in a catch-wrestling rules.

Her opponent's real last name is, obviously, not Manhoef. That is just her ring name. She is Japanese and her last name is Suzunuma. After fighting in DEEP and Jewels, "Manhoef" signed with Pancrase last year, then went toe-to-toe with WINDY Tomomi but lost by decision. She went back to DEEP and got a win then went to Jewels scored another W. And now, a veteran from Dokonjonosuke Mishima's team Cobra-kai is back, looking for her first win in Pancrase.

VanHoose struggled on her feet against Ishikawa therefore we can expect her to try to take this fight to the ground. However the opponent's ring name is "Manhoef" and needless to say, this tells that she is a heavy striker. And this means this one is a classic battle between young good looking up and coming grappler and striker with heavy and quick hands.

Two other fights added were a light-heavyweight bout and super-flyweight bout.

"Animal" Anzai decided to get rid of "Animal" and now back to his real name Shinsho Anzai. He also changed team to TEAM CLIMB and will take on Lee Han Geun from Korea at 205 lbs. And the 125 lbs is between Yuki Ueshima from BRAVE and Goro Kobayashi from GOKITA GYM.
