After the break fighters returning to their base

The year end holidays mark a time to be spent with family and friends and celebrate a lot of things, health, family etc. Now that the holidays are over it is time to get back to work, and work is what BJJ instructors do as many of them are returning home to get their academies going again. After spending a few weeks in Rio, World Absolute BJJ Champion and ADCC Superfight Champion Roger Gracie returns to the U.K. Ginastica Natural’s Alvaro Romano is right on his heels returning to the USA. Saulo and Xande Ribeiro are back at it in their UniJJ, Rodrigo Medeiro’s (both) are back in full force (congrats to "Comprido" on the new addition to the family -a future World Champion for sure). Adding to the expanding Brasa family  congrats go to Ricardo Vieira for his new baby Luly! Ever the workman Royler Gracie did not take much time out and kept Gracie Rio de Janeiro Academy open (except for Christmas and New Years)

Now it is back to work for everyone! Hope you all enjoyed your time offf!!
