Yoshifumi Nakamura (right) is always aggressive and he is looking to do the same against a WEC veteran Akitoshi TamuraSustain revealed first set of fight cards of the April Shooto show at Shinjuku FACE.

WEC veteran and a former Shooto world champion at 145 lbs, Akitoshi Tamura, will be back in Shooto again, and he will take on Yoshifumi Nakamura from Mach Dojo.

After getting released by the WEC Tamura has been struggling. He dropped five of last seven fights. Many believe his peak days are already behind him, and some even suspect Tamura is simply burnt out.

On the other end, Nakamura is currently on a two-fight winning streak. Obviously Nakamura is a student of Hayato "Mach" Sakurai's prodigy, and that maybe is the reason why he has got a very aggressive fight style. Always attacking, and that is how he won last year's Shooto's rookie tournament.

Some of the other fight cards announced were –

A runner-up of last year's Infinity tournament, Kota Onojima, is going to take on 2007 Shooto rookie tourney winner Kazuhiro "Jungle" Ito.

And, a 31-year old from Osaka, Yusei Shimokawa, is going to fight another 31-year old, Jun Nabeshima in 115 lbs bout.
