Earlier this month, RINGS announced the signing of DREAM / K-1 HERO'S veteran Kazuyuki Miyata.

He is the headliner of this, three-on-three, "Japan vs Kazakhstan" part of the show, and he is fighting Erzan Estanov in a two five-minute round bout.

2000 Sydney Olympic freestyle wrestling silver medalist told reporters at the press conference, "I am sure Japan's wrestling team will win gold London. And I am going to try harder. I want to push my fight style and do suplex."

This is going to be his first fight in nine months since he lost to Tatsuya Kawajiri but "I feel I am not done yet. I am gong to give everything I have in this fight."

Estanov has MM record of 3 wins and 1 loss and the only loss he has to against another Japanese fighter Shunichi Shimizu so this is the fight Miyata can't afford to lose if he is looking to get back into the bigger promotion.

Then, earlier this week RINGS announced Shungo Oyama will join the team Japan and will take on Asif Tagiev.

Oyama fought for PRIDE, HERO'S and DREAM then won ROAD FC tourney in Korea earlier this year. However just lost to Ryo Kawamura in the King of Pancrase title fight, so he is looking get back into the winning column.

Asif has only three pro MMA fights on his resume but if RINGS founder Akira Maeda did the scouting then he could turn out to be a really good fighter so Oyama needs to be very cautious going into this fight.
