The first Club DEEP show at the restaurant / event space inShinjuku called Shinjuku Pink Big Pig was nothing but a good start at the newvenue.
Not only just the place was packed but also, almost all fights were finishedwith KO, TKO or submission.
Ken Numajiri, the winner of 2009 DEEP Future King tourney, finished POWERGATEfighter Makoto Kamaya in just 34 seconds with an anaconda choke.
DEEP head Shigeru Saeki was very impressed with this performance, and said,”
said, “From what I saw today, I like to see him in the DEEP show” andalso, added, “Sure there are points needs to be improved but its aninteresting concept (to do the show at this venue) so I would like to do itagain.”
