It is with great sadness that we have to announce the passing of a BJJ legend, the great Osvaldo "Paqueta" died of a heart attack earlier this morning. The charismatic and legendary "Paqueta" was instrumental in many aspects of Jiu-Jitsu, he was a pioneer in filming competition matches. Osvaldo would then give away copies to anyone that requested them.
On a personal note, the Master was instrumental in the making of the book "The Gracie Way" contributing with many pictures and stories especially about his great friend Grandmaster Carlson Gracie.
Osvaldo "Paqueta" was 73 and he will be dearly missed
