In round 2 Alencar landed an accidental eye poke after which Ivanov switched gears and found his range. In round 3 Ivanov continued to push forward with powerful punches that took the round. The judges saw it for Ivanov 29-28, 29-28, and 29-27 for Ivanov who improved to 16-1, Alencar emerged 11-2.
Lance Palmer had little trouble with taking Steven Siler down but had trouble with Siler’s active guard in the co-main event. Palmer knocked Siler down in the first round but Siler survived the follow-up ground strikes from Palmer. The rest of the fight was Palmer taking Siler down at will while Siler at will while Palmer threatened with two gogoplatas in the first, two more and a guillotine choke in the third. After three rounds Palmer walked away with a one-sided victory as his record improved to 12-3, Siler dropped to 29-17.
