The UFC has confirmed reports that Myles Jury will return to action against Mike de la Torre in a featherweight bout. The fight has been added to UFC 210, which takes place April 8 at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo.
Jury has been out of action since falling to Charles Oliveira in his featherweight debut. It will have been over a full year when he returns to the Octagon next month. Jury began his career with 15-straight wins including signature UFC wins over TUF winner Diego Sanchez and former Pride FC champion Takanori Gomi.
De La Torre joined the UFC in 2014. In the Octagon, he has gone 2-3 with one “no contest.” His two UFC wins have come over Tiago Trator and Yui Chul Nam. In his last fight, De La Torre fell via submission against Godofredo Pepey at UFC Fight Night 95.
In the main event of UFC 210, light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier will defend his title against Anthony Johnson. The two faced off for the vacant title back in 2015 with Cormier taking the belt with a third-round submission.
